At Calm Puffs, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Each diffuser is made with care and designed for a smooth, flavorful, and wellness-focused experience. Because our products are personal-use wellness items, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards to ensure your safety and satisfaction.


🕒 Order Cancellations

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Once your order is placed, it is processed almost instantly, and we are unable to modify or update the address before shipping.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the package cannot be delivered, we will not be able to issue a refund or resend, or cancel the order.
We appreciate your understanding and attention to ensuring your shipping details are accurate at checkout.


📦 Returns & Refunds

Because our diffusers are consumable, hygiene-based products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product or a damaged item.
  • Your order never arrived due to a verified carrier issue.
  • A refund was pre-approved in writing by our support team.

To request a review, please email admin@calmpuffs.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos, and we will send you the return address. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation, and shipping fees or shipping protection can not be refunded in any case.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements in these cases:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but claimed as not received.
  • Opened, used, or tampered products or not in its original plastic wrapping
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
  • Chargebacks initiated while a case is under active review by our support team.

🚚 Shipping Delay Policy

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, Calm Puffs is no longer responsible for any delays in transit or delivery. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

No refunds, reimbursements, or shipping fee credits will be issued due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.

A refund will only be considered if an order is confirmed by the carrier as lost or undeliverable and has not been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

By placing an order with Calm Puffs, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and understand that shipping delays do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation request.


📮 Return Instructions (for approved cases)

If your return is approved, our team will send you the return address and instructions.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first — unapproved returns cannot be processed or refunded.


🔁 Subscription Policy

Calm Puffs offers convenient recurring subscription services for automatic weekly or monthly product deliveries. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Calm Puffs to automatically charge your selected payment method for each scheduled renewal until you cancel.

Please note that all subscriptions require a minimum of three (3) total shipments before cancellation is permitted. This ensures fair use of subscription discounts and prevents misuse of reduced pricing offers followed by immediate cancellations.

Cancellation & Renewal Responsibility

Prior to each renewal, you will receive an email reminder containing a “Manage Subscription” button that allows you to modify or cancel your plan. It is your responsibility to use this link or log in to your account on our website to make any changes before the renewal date.

If you do not cancel through these methods before renewal, your subscription will automatically renew, and we will not be able to issue any refunds or cancel the order. Please note that if you email us to request a cancellation, it may take a few days for our team to review and process your message — by which time your next order may already have been processed hence can not be cancelled.
